Players can claim wash house locations across the map, turning them into personal money laundering operations. Each location is fully configurable with its own capacity, cooldowns, and access rules — all managed from an immersive in-world tablet.

5 Upgrades × 3 Levels
Money goes through a realistic two-stage cycle — a wash phase and a dry phase — each with configurable server-authoritative timers. No client-side manipulation possible. Progress is tracked server-side and persists across restarts.
Two-Stage Cycle
Police can raid active wash houses — receiving alerts based on the wash activity and upgrade level. Raid success confiscates laundered cash and resets the location. Creates real criminal vs law enforcement roleplay tension.
Police Raid System
Full utility management — pay bills to keep the wash house running, assign keyholders who can access and operate your location. All managed from the in-world tablet, without needing admin intervention.
